RMHS RABBIT SCHOOL
Natural Resources Bldg., Colorado State Fairgrounds. Pueblo, Colorado, June 4, 2011
The school will start with an opening session and welcome at 8:00 a.m., followed by 4, forty-five minute class period in 3 different classrooms. There will be an hour break at 11:30 a.m. for lunch, for participants to grab lunch at the nearby fast food restaurants. Classes will resume promptly at 12:30 p.m. and will run until 3:30 p.m. for the closing session and door prize drawings. There will be representatives from various local/regional feed companies at the school to discuss your feed questions.

Registration Fee: Adult ($10) Youth($5)
There will be an opportunity to attend as many as 8 different class sessions from the topics listed below. Please indicate your 8 choices of the following:

10. _____Comment Taking for Rabbits and Cavies
11. _____Rabbit Show Ethics
12. _____Cavy Nutrition
13. _____Pet Animal Care Facilities Act (PACFA) and you-The Colorado Dept of Agriculture
14. _____Rabbit Diseases: symptoms, causes, prevention and cures.
15. _____4-H Cavy Breeding and Selection
16. _____4-H Hands-on Rabbit Judging
Please send completed applications with fees to: Terrie Hersh, P.O. Box 687, Johnstown, Colorado 80534 email: Hersh3@frii.com. To vote on the classes to be offered (up to 12 will be selected), your application must be submitted on later than March 31, 2011.
Applications will be accepted up to and including day of the school, but those received after March 31, will not have the opportunity to vote on which of the 16 classes will be offered.
